We can’t say enough good things about Ernie Rossi. Ernie stuck with us for nearly 2 years as he showed us what seem liked every fixer upper in Chittenden County. As first time home buyers, we were clueless! But Ernie never made us feel silly or bad for asking an “obvious” question or wanting to see a house that I’m sure he KNEW we’d never buy. In all the time we spent together, Ernie never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He knows what a HUGE decision home buying is and stayed with us step for step; offering keen advice and a large dose of humor which we greatly appreciated. Once we put in a offer, Ernie guided us through the closing period to make sure we were protecting ourselves and our future property by suggesting things we never would have thought of. We are incredibly grateful to have had him on our team!
